The picture of Lord RSS Baden-Powell, in silk, was produced for the Hong Kong Scout Association, as a presentation piece for the delegates at the 19th Asia Pacific Regional Conference in 1998, and manufactured by Dong Ying (HK) Computer Label Development Co. Ltd.  It is reminiscent of the Stevengraphs that were produced in the early 1900’s but it is believed that Stevengraphs were usually much smaller and this item is a good representation of the 1929 David Jagger portrait of The Founder.  We have since had this silk reframed and it is now on display in the Museum.  This item was found in a drawer at the Museum and not attributed as a donation but following enquiries we have been able to establish the name of the donor.
